How to use this

  1. Review the focus areas to make sure this covers your requirements.

  2. Select Begin Survey and add the following information:

    1. Your contact information - Note: final reports will only be available through your email address.

    2. Feedback For: Identifies who or what the feedback is for. Enter the:

      • Organization - the who, i.e.. XYZ Corporation

      • Process - the what, i.e., XYZ Covid-19 Response

      • Group - the who, i.e., XYZ Corp's Sr. Leadership Team

      • Event - the what, i.e., Management Training Program - Module 1

  3. Click Start Now to receive the invitation to begin. You will receive 2 emails:

    1. Email 1 contains instructions for before, during and after the survey.

    2. Email 2 is used to invite participants. You can either:

      • Invite participants directly by registering them using the second email.

      • Forwarded the second email and let participants self-register (be sure add a personalized message or note to your forwarded email).


Important Notes:

A minimum of 3 participant responses per Rater Category (Group) are required before that category will show you any results (this ensures participant confidentiality).

To access reports or manage your requests, select History from the Options menu (top right corner). All reports are available after the closing date of your request.


Available Reports Include:

The Free Snapshot Summary (1 page) Report highlights your results by individual component, group/focus areas, and by target range.

The Free Standard (5+ page) Report compares your results against other organizations (in a similar industry sector, where available) and provides score details on each focus area covered.

The Extended Report* details your results and is ideally suited for high-performance, growth-focused, or change-enabled organizations.

The Raw Data Report* details the raw responses and is ideally suited for organizations looking to do a more detailed, focused, or multipoint analysis. This report includes the Filtered Report option.

All assessments and standard reports are free, but if you need detailed reports (which are ideally suited for professional development, growth focused organizations, and individuals who have a focus on high performance and self-development), then Credits are a great way to save money.

Credits can be used for:

  1. 360-Assessment Detailed Reports - when you need extensive feedback and support.

  2. Level 1 Training Evaluations - when you need to invite feedback on a training program.

  3. Pulse Surveys - when you need to invite feedback from small groups.

  4. Full Surveys - when you need to invite feedback from large groups.

  5. Needs Review Survey - when you need to invite feedback from various sized groups.

The more you use, the less they cost!

How Credits Work

If you plan on doing multiple Assessments and/or Organizational Surveys, Credits will offer a great opportunity to save money.

  1. For Assessments - 1 Credit gives you a detailed feedback report (from up to 25 people) that includes; qualitative feedback, support actions to improve, and comparisons against others in similar roles/situations.

  2. For Surveys - 1 Credit represents feedback from up to 50 participants. For example:

      For training feedback using a Level 1 Evaluation, you'll need 1 Credit to get feedback from up to 50 Participants in the session. (1 Credit x 50 Participants/Credit)

      For feedback from 200 staff for a Pulse Survey, you'll need 4 Credits to give you feedback from up to 200 Participants. (4 Credits x 50 Participants/Credit)

No, Credits have no expiry date.


Credits are assigned to your email address. When you use Credits, you must use your email address when you start any Assessment or Survey. This features ensures that only the person who purcahsed the Credits can use the Credits.


You can purchase as many Credits as you need as often as you need. Your Credits will accumulate under your email account.


The total Credits on your account can be found when you request your History (under the Options button in the top right corner). On the email you receive it will show your current Credits available.
