You have 2 options to invite participants or to add more participants. Both Options require the original Invitation Email (Dear Friend or Colleague) that was sent to you. If this email is no longer available, then simply request it again from your History. To get a copy of your History, follow the steps in the "How do get a History of all the (Assessment or Survey) requests I have made?" question.

  1. Option 1

    1. Using the email that was originally sent to you when you made the initial request, you can forward this (Dear Friend or Colleague) email to anyone and ask them to click on Request Invitation to receive their personal invitation with instructions on how to proceed. If you choose this option, be sure to advise him/her what it is, why it is coming, and what you want them to do.

  2. Option 2

Instead of forwarding the email to them to complete, simply complete it for them. To complete it on their behalf, simply click on the "Request Invitation" link on the email and follow the instructions. If you choose this option, be sure to advise each participant that you invite why you are inviting them and what you want them to do.

Note: you can invite up to 25 participants for feedback to any assessment or up to 2,000 participants for any survey. Remember, the more feedback you get, the more accurate and reliable the final results become.

FAQ's - About Reports

There are 6 types of reports available.

  1. Snapshot Summary Report

    1. The single (1) page report provides a quick snapshop of your self-evaluation results (for assessments) and/or group results (for assessments or surveys).

  2. Standard Report

    1. The 5(+) page report summarizes your results, gives you a comparison to others who are in similar roles/situations, and shows how you scored on each individual component or competency area.

  3. Extended Report (Survey or Assessment)

    1. The Assessment Version is a 20+ page report that provides all of your results (shown as % score values) detailed by rater categories and it includes all written feedback.

    2. The Survey Version is a 30+ page report that provides all of your results illustrated in a favorability distribution format that includes % unfavorable scores, % neutral scores, and % favorable scores detailed by component (competency), by indicator (question) and by cluster (groups). It also includes demographic filters, a heat map (by indicator or question), written feedback by component and more.

  4. Raw Data Report (Survey Only)

    1. The Raw Data Report (30+ pages) details all of the raw scores for each question broken down by rater category and by each individual selected response scale. The raw scores provide you with complete access to the initial data so you can further analyze the results as you choose.

  5. Filtered Report (Survey Only)

    1. The detailed Filtered (30+ pages) Report follows the same format as the Raw Data Report however it lets you review and analyze the responses/results by any demographic filter you choose - from those available when the report was first initiated. For example, the original data can be redisplayed (where available) by gender, age, tenure, professional role, and more.

  6. Consolidated Report (Assessment or Exit Survey Only)

    1. This report represents the consolidation of individual results based on the filters that you choose (.i.e this report can be consolidated by divison, department, group, cohort, date range, etc.).

Prime (Score/Grade) is a special category that shows only the results of individuals assigned to this category.

Group (Score/Grade) is an aggregated category that shows all of the other category results all averaged together (excluding the Prime).

For all Standard Reports on Leadership, Sales, Achievement, Interpersonal (excluding Relationship), the Prime Score/Grade will only show a result when 3 or more participants have completed the request. A Prime Score/Grade is shown on the Extended Report when 1 or more participants have completed the request.

Your Extended Assessment Report breaks down your results into a number of datasets (areas). A description for each area is detailed on the Methodology page of your Extended Report. Depending on the type of Assessment completed, your results may show a score, value, or comment for the following areas: overall score, competency score, clusters score, indicator/question score, multiple benchmark (internal/external/comparable) scores, hidden strength/blind spot notification, Self-score, Prime Score (special category), Group Score, Category Scores (by specific rater categories), Economic Value/Impact Score, Focus Score, general and specific support actions and resource links, action plan workspace, multiple types of qualitative feedback, and more.

Your Extended Survey Report breaks down your results into both quantitative and qualitative datasets (areas). A description for each area is detailed on the Methodology page of your Extended Report. Depending on the type of Survey completed, your results may show a score, value, or comment for the following areas: rating scale (favorable, neutral, unfavorable), overall score, component score, clusters score, indicator/question score, multiple benchmark (internal/external/comparable) scores, favorability ratio and target, most favorable and least favorable scores, Category Scores (up to 21 specific rater categories), multiple types of qualitative feedback, plus qualitative feedback by component, and more.

Extended Reports are available for purchase from within the Standard Report itself. First access your Standard Report (see previous FAQ), once your PDF report is open, you can select the 'Order Extended Report' from the drop-down menu. Once your payment is complete, an email will be sent to you giving you access to the full Extended Report.

First you will need to access your Standard Report (see FAQ above). From your 'History Report' email, simply click on the 'Download Report' link. This link will bring you to the Kliic website where you can select the 'Report Type' to download. If you have previously paid for the Extended Verison then the 'Extended Format' option will be available from the dropdown option. If there is no option for 'Extended Format' and it only shows the 'Standard Format' it means that payment for the Extended Report has not been made or was not successful.
